The Heritage Foundation warned us this kind of thing could happen!!

About 2,500 passengers were trapped overnight in the undersea Channel Tunnel linking France and Britain on Saturday after four trains broke down due to freezing weather conditions, rail operator Eurostar said.

This has some of the same names as the Texas High Speed Rail Corporation: Maurine Dickey from Dallas Count and Bill Jones from Temple. No Dean corporation connection apparent. I worry about Texas. This group has a a privately funded model in mind. Lots of luck.
