Do I detect schadenfreude at working in this post. Usually I see Cato bashing Amtrak. Where were these folks when Wall Street got in trouble?
Where is their outrage about the subsidies that go on every day for fossil fuels? Why should the taxpayer clean up the climate change mess and pay for the oil and pipeline wars? You don’t see CATO at the anti-war marches. Yes, there should be no auto bailout. But you can read between the lines, CATO’s real enemy is the ordinary worker. They speak with forked tongue.
