The United States Court of Appeals, DC District, has called for oral arguments September 20, 2010 in the matter of an appeal of the STB decision that cleared the way for the destruction of the former Frisco, "Chickasha Subdivision," rail line linking OKC Union Station to the OKC Stockyards, Will Rogers Airport and other strategic south central and soutwestern Oklahoma locations. This is the sort of thing that happens when mere citizens demand accountability from government, doggedly pursuing the job of American citizenship succinctly explained by Justice Robert H. Jackson.
